Keragon Webhook Setup
EasyDocForms uses a webhook-only Keragon setup for completed intake workflows. Generate the webhook URL in Keragon, then save it in your EasyDocForms organization settings.
Connect Keragon
Create a workflow in Keragon. Build the workflow you want to run after a form submission and copy the generated webhook URL.
Log in to EasyDocForms. Go to form.easydocforms.com and sign in with your account.
Open organization settings. Click Settings in the sidebar, then select the Keragon tab.
Paste the webhook URL. Paste the Keragon webhook URL into the Keragon Webhook URL field and click Save.
Send a test. Use Send Test to verify delivery before turning the workflow on.
Requirements
- The webhook URL must use HTTPS.
- The workflow should be active in Keragon before production submissions are expected.
- Only authorized EasyDocForms organization users should manage the saved webhook URL.
What Changed
The older partner API key flow has been retired. Keragon connections now use the saved webhook URL directly, which removes the need to issue and manage long-lived partner credentials.
Common Workflows
Keragon can be used to route completed EasyDocForms intake data into downstream workflows such as:
- Staff notifications.
- EMR or practice-management handoff steps where your organization has configured them.
- Internal task creation.
- Post-submission automation.
- Service-specific workflows after a consent or intake form is submitted.
Do not send PHI into tools that are not approved for your practice's healthcare data workflow.
Troubleshooting
If Keragon does not receive the test event:
- Confirm that the webhook URL was copied from the correct Keragon workflow.
- Confirm that the URL starts with
https://. - Save the webhook URL again, then send another test.
- Check the Keragon workflow run history for a rejected or paused workflow.
